I was troubleshooting the CPU bottleneck of the production server, didn’t see the process perf counters, it turns out this has to be updated

‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfProc\Performance\Disable Performance Counters’

change this from 1 to 0 works like a maze.
